Who we are
At Kinsley Fire Investigations, Inc., our services include origin and cause investigations of fires large and small, residential and commercial as well as vehicle fires.
We conduct all our investigations in accordance with NFPA 921 and 1033 and work with specialized experts to complete a thorough and concise investigation. In every case we work on, we help our clients to the best of our ability and you can trust us to ethically and professionally gather whatever information is required to help you make informed decisions. We also provide guidance every step of the way. With offices in Dutchess and Warren counties we are available for all of New York State and New Jersey. We are fully licensed and insured in both states.

What Sets Us Apart
Kinsley Fire Investigations is a family owned business operating in New York and New Jersey since 2008. Tom Kinsley, a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator who has testified as an expert witness, has over 30 years in the fire investigation field and over 45 years in the fire service as a member of the FDNY as well as volunteer departments.
Dan Kinsley is also a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator with 10 years in the fire investigation field. Brian Kinsley, Jr. has just joined us as an intern and is currently pursuing a degree in Fire Science. Since starting our business we have investigated over 1000 fires for several major insurance companies and prominent subrogation firms.
